Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
We aim for complete transparency in billing. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations work for Examaker subscriptions.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
- Payments are securely handled through Razorpay.
- All subscription fees are charged upfront.
- Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments
- Technical issues preventing access to the platform
No refund after first paper generated: Once you have generated at least one question paper under a paid subscription in a billing period, that period's payment is non-refundable, regardless of remaining credits.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment by emailing billing@examaker.com.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current month's payment.
